  • Ping Identity is seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving net new logo acquisition and expanding existing customer relationships within an assigned territory. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of connecting leading organizations with Ping Identity's intelligent, cloud identity platform, enabling them to deliver secure and seamless digital experiences for their users.   • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive personal sales plan tailored to achieve ambitious performance goals, directly supporting the overarching regional sales strategy. A significant part of your day-to-day will involve deeply understanding customer needs and effectively positioning Ping Identity's value proposition to maximize business opportunities and drive substantial revenue growth. You will expertly negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts, leveraging the support of our global partner network to ensure successful outcomes. Regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and accurate forecasting to senior management will be crucial for strategic decision-making. You will also be tasked with preparing indicative subscription pricing and crafting compelling customer offers, which may include identifying and proposing broader solutions such as training and professional services modules. Furthermore, you will play a key role in guiding and responding to formal requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring Ping Identity's solutions are presented effectively. A vital aspect of this role involves acting as a conduit for customer feedback, diligently relaying insights to our marketing, customer success, product management, and engineering teams to inform product development and service enhancements. You will proactively collaborate with internal teams and external partners to acquire additional specialist resources as needed, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to client engagement and solution delivery. This role demands a proactive, strategic, and collaborative approach to sales, focusing on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with enterprise clients.
