  • • Strategic Account Executive responsible for driving revenue growth within MAJIQ’s existing customer base and acquiring new named accounts in North America, focusing on enterprise software solutions for the pulp and paper industry.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, needs analysis, high-level demos, proposal development, RFP responses, contract negotiation, travel to customer sites (up to 50%), Joint Business Reviews, and maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasting.
  • • MAJIQ builds industry-leading enterprise software (Elixir, a modern MES/ERP platform) for mill operations, backed by decades of expertise and part of the Perseus Group and Constellation Software ecosystem, offering stability, long-term impact, and a culture of trust with average employee tenure exceeding 15 years.
  • • The role offers opportunity to grow within a stable, mission-driven company, develop deep industry expertise in pulp and paper software, build executive-level relationships, and contribute to long-term customer success and recurring revenue streams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
  • • Hunter mentality with proven prospecting ability
  • • Proven success in closing multi-million dollar, multi-year enterprise deals
  • • Strong relationship management and communication skills for executive-level engagement
  • • Experience navigating RFPs, vendor risk assessments, and procurement cycles tied to capex or multi-year projects
  • • Willingness and ability to learn MAJIQ’s software and demo it at a high level
