You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying and engaging prospective clients to closing significant enterprise deals.
  • • Your primary mission will be to drive revenue growth by building and nurturing a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts. This involves a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, the ability to connect with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, and a talent for articulating the value proposition of our advanced AI solutions.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, delving into their unique challenges, understanding industry trends, and identifying how HappyRobot's AI OS can deliver tangible business outcomes. This consultative approach is crucial for positioning our SaaS solution effectively and demonstrating its ability to optimize operations, compound knowledge, and drive true autonomy in mission-critical areas like supply chain and industrial-scale operations.
  • • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders is paramount. You will be expected to establish rapport, build trust, and become a go-to resource for clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction with HappyRobot.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with experience closing large Annual Contract Value (ACV) deals.
  • • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong preference for experience within the SaaS or AI technology sectors.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to closing.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and a strong understanding of sales methodologies.
