  • Pluralsight is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach within existing high-potential accounts and acquiring new enterprise clients.
  • You will be responsible for mastering and executing the entire sales process, from creative prospecting and lead generation to closing complex deals. Your ability to identify and engage with potential customers, both within our existing client base and in untapped markets, will be crucial for success. This role demands a strategic approach to navigating intricate sales cycles and delivering tangible outcomes for both our clients and Pluralsight.

  • Your primary responsibilities will include hunting for new business opportunities and driving growth within a designated territory, encompassing both greenfield accounts and those with existing Pluralsight engagement. You will manage the entire sales cycle, positioning yourself as a trusted, consultative advisor to clients.
  • Developing comprehensive territory and account plans will be essential to maximize revenue generation. This involves in-depth research into customer business objectives, technology priorities, and talent development initiatives. You will then align Pluralsight's value proposition to these specific needs, ensuring we are recognized as their strategic partner for technology skills development.
  • Consistent application of the Pluralsight sales framework will be key to achieving successful client outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Customer Success Representatives (CSRs), Field Marketing, Product Teams, and Sales Engineers, is vital for a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
  • You will own and expertly navigate complex sales cycles and buying processes within large enterprise organizations. This requires a deep understanding of enterprise procurement and decision-making structures.
  • To foster strong client relationships and advance sales cycles, you will be expected to travel and engage with customers in person whenever feasible, building robust partnerships.
  • The role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and demonstrating how Pluralsight's solutions can address their strategic talent development goals, ultimately contributing to their business success and innovation.
  • Success in this role means not only meeting but exceeding ambitious revenue targets by effectively managing a pipeline of enterprise opportunities and closing significant deals. You will be a key contributor to Pluralsight's mission of transforming technology skills development globally.
