- • Own the entire US enterprise sales cycle from first touch to signed contract, building a repeatable GTM motion that will become the blueprint for Haast’s North-American expansion.
- • Prospect and open doors at Fortune 1000 companies in financial services, insurance, and other highly-regulated verticals—identifying the compliance, legal, and risk stakeholders who feel the pain of manual reviews and are ready for AI transformation.
- • Run discovery workshops, ROI analyses, and tailored demos that translate technical LLM capabilities into clear, measurable business value—cutting review time by 80 % and boosting productivity 4× for every new customer.
- • Quarterback complex, multi-stakeholder deals (security, procurement, legal, C-suite) with deal sizes ranging from mid-six-figure ARR to seven-figure platform agreements, consistently exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
- • Co-create the US GTM playbook: define ICP criteria, build outbound sequences, craft vertical-specific messaging, and iterate on pricing and packaging with direct feedback from the field.
- • Feed market intelligence back to Product and Engineering—surfacing real-time customer pain points, competitive threats, and feature requests that will steer the global roadmap and keep Haast ahead of the curve.
- • Evangelize the Haast story at industry conferences, webinars, and customer councils—establishing yourself as a thought leader in AI-powered compliance and expanding your personal network of C-level champions.
- • Collaborate with Marketing to launch account-based campaigns, co-author case studies, and turn early wins into scalable references that accelerate pipeline velocity across the region.
- • Mentor future AEs and SDRs as the team grows, codifying best practices in Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot so every new hire ramps faster than the last.
- • Thrive in a high-ownership, low-process environment where you’ll wear multiple hats—jumping on customer calls at 7 am, refining pitch decks at midnight, and celebrating wins with a team that ships product weekly.
- • Champion diversity of thought and background—helping Haast build an inclusive US culture that mirrors the global customer base we serve.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales with a consistent record of exceeding $1 M+ annual targets and navigating 6- to 12-month sales cycles.
- • Deep fluency in regulated industries—demonstrated success selling into compliance, legal, risk, or audit functions at banks, insurers, or fintechs.
- • Demonstrated ability to build and execute outbound pipeline generation strategies from scratch, including cold outreach, vertical events, and ABM campaigns.
- • Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills—comfortable translating complex AI concepts into crisp business cases for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Startup mindset: thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly, and takes initiative to create processes where none exist.
- • Nice-to-have: prior experience selling AI/ML or workflow automation solutions; existing network of C-level compliance and legal executives.
