- • Your primary responsibility will be to own the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation through to closing high-value deals. This involves a consultative selling approach, where you will act as a trusted advisor, meticulously understanding the unique challenges, priorities, and strategic objectives of prospective clients. By leveraging this deep understanding, you will craft and present tailored solutions that demonstrably drive significant business outcomes and deliver tangible value.

Your contributions will directly impact Jump's growth trajectory and our ability to achieve market leadership.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within the financial services sector. You should have a deep understanding of financial services workflows, intricate buying processes, and the stringent compliance requirements inherent in this industry. Your exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written, will be vital in articulating complex value propositions and building senior-level trust.
- • We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a high degree of ownership, are self-motivated, and possess exceptional resourcefulness. The ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles and build rapport with senior executives is a must. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is expected. While a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, a strong history of sales success will be highly valued.
