  • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Siro, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying and securing strategic opportunities within enterprise-level clients. This role is designed for a "hunter" who thrives on identifying new business prospects, penetrating complex organizations, and cultivating enduring relationships with key decision-makers. You will operate as a pivotal member of our sales organization, collaborating closely with Marketing to align on lead generation and content strategies, with Product to channel invaluable customer insights back into platform development, and with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for sourcing, pursuing, and closing new enterprise customers within our target verticals. This involves proactive "hunting" through a multi-faceted approach, including cold outreach via calls, emails, and social channels, leveraging your professional network, seeking referrals, and engaging at industry events. You will own the entire sales cycle, from the initial point of contact through intricate contract negotiations and final signing.
  • A critical aspect of this role is the meticulous building, maintenance, and expansion of a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities. This requires not only consistent effort but also the ability to forecast with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring predictable revenue generation for the company. You will be expected to become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, adept at presenting to C-suite executives, positioning Siro's unique value proposition in strategic discussions, and serving as the primary face of our enterprise go-to-market strategy.
  • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in shaping our market strategy by providing crucial feedback to leadership regarding emerging market trends, competitive intelligence, and insights into optimal pricing and packaging models. This feedback loop is essential for Siro's continuous innovation and market leadership. Your success will directly contribute to our mission of transforming how field sales operates, making it more efficient, insightful, and effective through the power of AI.
