- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Flexera Software LLC, you will be at the forefront of driving significant value for our customers by selling the innovative Flexera One platform. This role is pivotal in helping organizations, particularly those with complex hybrid environments, optimize their technology spend, achieve compliance, and mitigate risks. You will be instrumental in transforming how businesses manage their IT assets, cloud resources, and software investments, saving them billions of dollars in wasted expenditure.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed ambitious annual sales quotas within a designated region, focusing on a list of named enterprise accounts. This requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, leveraging cutting-edge business development techniques and maintaining a high degree of accuracy in forecasting.
- • You will be tasked with prospecting across a broad spectrum of enterprise accounts to cultivate a robust and high-quality sales pipeline. This involves identifying key stakeholders, understanding their unique business challenges, and positioning Flexera's solutions as the definitive answer to their technology value optimization (TVO) needs.
- • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to your target account list will be crucial. This includes in-depth account planning, identifying opportunities for expansion, and building strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- • A significant part of your role will involve building and nurturing deep relationships with customers. This is achieved through personalized outreach, a thorough understanding of their specific needs and pain points, and effectively articulating the tangible value and ROI that Flexera's award-winning SaaS solutions offer.
- • You will lead and manage complex sales campaigns and motions, focusing on demonstrating customer value and enabling multi-year, multi-solution transactions. This requires a consultative approach, guiding clients through the benefits of IT Asset Management (ITAM), Cloud Migration and Modernization, Cloud Cost Optimization (FinOps), and IT Visibility.
- • Accurate forecasting of opportunities is paramount. You will need to conduct realistic assessments of deal progression and consistently deliver against your sales forecast, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales cycle and pipeline management.
- • Negotiating pricing and contractual agreements to successfully close sales will be a key performance indicator. This involves understanding customer budgets, demonstrating the financial benefits of Flexera's solutions, and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
- • Collaboration with channel and alliance partners on joint opportunities will be an integral part of your role, expanding reach and leveraging synergistic relationships to drive sales.
- • You will be expected to develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships within your named accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling as their needs evolve.
- • This role demands full ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting to deal closure. You will be the primary driver of sales success within your territory, not an overlay specialist.
- • Flexera's platform, Flexera One, is a powerful SaaS solution designed for organizations with highly complex hybrid environments.
