- • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through deal closure and expansion, independently managing all stages without oversight.
- • Source and build your own pipeline through strategic outbound efforts, targeted account research, and qualification of inbound leads to drive Ideogram’s revenue goals.
- • Identify and capture high-potential enterprise opportunities where Ideogram’s custom branded AI models and workflow integrations can deliver competitive advantage across marketing, product, AI, and design teams.
- • Build deep, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across marketing/creative, product, AI/ML, IT, procurement, legal, and C-suite functions within enterprise organizations.
- • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to customers by educating executive leadership on the value of AI-native design workflows for improving creative quality, accelerating product development, and maintaining brand consistency at scale.
- • Design and execute tailored sales strategies across diverse enterprise use cases including API integrations and custom branded model training.
- • Navigate complex procurement, legal, and security processes to structure and close highly customized enterprise agreements that have not been previously established in the market.
- • Help define and scale Ideogram’s enterprise sales playbook by creating sales processes, pricing strategies, qualification frameworks, and operational systems that grow with the team.
- • Translate customer feedback, market signals, and product needs back to product and engineering teams to directly influence Ideogram’s roadmap and feature development.
- • Collaborate directly with leadership, product, and engineering teams to position Ideogram as the defining platform for quality-obsessed brands in an AI-native creative economy.
- • Travel throughout North America (US and Canada) 30–40% of the time to meet customers in person, attend industry events, and build strategic relationships.
- • Operate with high ownership in a fast-evolving, ambiguous environment where perfect structure does not yet exist, building systems and processes from the ground up.
- • Balance revenue targets with authentic customer success by deeply understanding customer challenges in scaling creative operations and maintaining brand integrity.
- • Leverage technical fluency to confidently discuss generative AI capabilities, model training, and workflow integrations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Contribute to shaping Ideogram’s commercial strategy by identifying new market segments, competitive differentiators, and enterprise adoption pathways.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS or technology with a proven track record closing six- and seven-figure deals
- • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise companies across marketing, product, AI/ML, IT, procurement, legal, and C-suite functions
- • Technical fluency with generative AI, creative tools, or a technical background enabling clear translation of AI capabilities into business value for executive audiences
- • Proven ability to structure and close highly customized enterprise agreements in evolving markets
- • Comfort with ambiguity and a builder mindset — thriving in fast-paced environments where processes must be created from scratch
- • Willingness and ability to travel throughout North America (US and Canada) 30–40% of the time
