- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Limble, you will be at the forefront of driving significant revenue growth by strategically acquiring and nurturing high-value enterprise accounts. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on identifying, engaging, and cultivating deep relationships with large organizations, effectively demonstrating how Limble's cutting-edge Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) can address and resolve their most complex maintenance and operational challenges. Your success will be instrumental in expanding Limble's market footprint and achieving our ambitious growth objectives, making you a key contributor to our mission of empowering the unsung heroes who keep the world running.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of enterprise sales. You will be tasked with sourcing and actively managing a robust sales pipeline, meticulously identifying potential prospects within target enterprise segments. A core part of your role involves taking complete ownership of this pipeline, ensuring a consistent and predictable flow of deals to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. This requires a proactive approach to lead generation and prospecting, where you will identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers within these large organizations. You will leverage a diverse array of sales techniques, channels, and strategic outreach to generate and qualify high-quality leads, ensuring that every interaction is purposeful and contributes to pipeline growth.
- • A significant focus will be placed on executing a strategic sales plan tailored for the enterprise market. This involves not just identifying opportunities but also developing and implementing effective strategies to penetrate these accounts and expand Limble's presence. Central to your success will be your ability to lead value-based sales conversations. This means going beyond feature-dumping and instead, deeply diagnosing customer pain points, quantifying the tangible operational and financial impact of these challenges, and meticulously aligning Limble's powerful CMMS capabilities to meet specific financial, performance, and strategic goals. You will be the trusted advisor, guiding clients through a consultative sales process.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading complex sales negotiations, with a sharp focus on closing high-value, multi-year deals. This requires a sophisticated understanding of enterprise procurement processes and the ability to navigate intricate discussions to ensure that all contracts and agreements are structured to be mutually beneficial, safeguarding the best interests of both the client and Limble. Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, Solution Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success. This close collaboration ensures seamless alignment and provides critical support for your sales efforts. Your insights from the field will be invaluable, and you will be expected to provide direct feedback to help shape the product roadmap and refine marketing strategies, ensuring Limble remains at the cutting edge of customer needs.
- • To maintain transparency and drive accountability, you will diligently maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline status within our CRM system. This includes providing regular, insightful updates and reliable forecasts to the sales leadership team, enabling informed strategic decision-making. Beyond the core sales functions, you will also be instrumental in identifying opportunities for Limble to further enhance its value proposition by understanding evolving market needs and competitive landscapes.
- • The team at Limble is characterized by its solution-oriented mindset and an unwavering customer-obsessed approach. We operate with a people-first philosophy, recognizing that diverse perspectives and backgrounds enrich our collective capabilities. Our company culture is deeply rooted in collaboration and transparency, fostering an environment where every team member feels valued and empowered.
