- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Workato, you will be at the forefront of our rapid expansion in the Benelux region, playing a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving significant revenue growth.
- • This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial and ambitious sales professional to build and own a territory from the ground up, rather than fitting into an established structure. You will be empowered to define your own sales playbook, leveraging your creativity and strategic thinking to identify and penetrate new enterprise accounts.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to prospect, engage, and close new enterprise business within your assigned territory, focusing on Workato's leading enterprise orchestration and automation platform.
- • You will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy, utilizing a combination of direct outreach, networking, and leveraging our partner ecosystem to generate pipeline.
- • Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations, from C-level executives to IT and business unit leaders, will be crucial to your success.
- • You will work closely with our Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partners, understanding their business and identifying opportunities for mutual growth and collaboration.
- • A significant part of your role will involve understanding complex customer business challenges and articulating how Workato's innovative platform can provide tangible solutions, drive efficiency, and unlock new business opportunities.
- • You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through to negotiation and closing, consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise SaaS or technology sales, with a demonstrable track record of exceeding quotas.
- • Experience in outbound prospecting and community-driven sales within the technology sector.
- • Proven ability to build and manage relationships within the VAR (Value-Added Reseller) ecosystem.
- • Native Dutch speaker with professional proficiency in English.
- • Experience utilizing CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com) and sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for prospecting and pipeline management.
