- • Sell WorkWave’s enterprise-grade software and fintech solutions to service-based businesses including pest control, lawn care, commercial cleaning, and security services.
- • Manage end-to-end sales cycles for high-value, complex enterprise contracts with multi-month timelines and multiple stakeholders.
- • Conduct discovery calls to qualify enterprise prospects, identify pain points, and align WorkWave’s platform capabilities with customer business goals.
- • Solution-sell across WorkWave’s integrated suite including customer acquisition, scheduling, billing, payments, and the newly launched Wavelytics AI-powered analytics suite.
- • Navigate competitive sales environments by differentiating WorkWave’s platform through value-based storytelling and ROI-driven demonstrations.
- • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives, operations managers, and decision-makers at enterprise-level customers.
- • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, prioritize pipeline opportunities, and ensure seamless onboarding.
- • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for enterprise accounts across North America and global markets.
- • Utilize CRM systems to accurately forecast pipeline, track deal progress, and document customer interactions throughout the sales lifecycle.
- • Stay informed on industry trends in automation, digital transformation, and sustainability as they impact field service businesses and inform sales strategy.
- • Represent WorkWave at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to expand brand presence and generate new enterprise leads.
- • Work closely with the sales engineering and implementation teams to ensure technical requirements are understood and addressed during the sales process.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of WorkWave’s product roadmap, pricing models, and competitive landscape to confidently respond to prospect objections.
- • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts to drive expansion revenue.
- • Partner with legal and finance teams to structure and close complex contracts with customized terms and payment solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of closing enterprise software sales with long sales cycles and high contract values
- • Experience selling to field service industries (e.g., pest control, lawn care, cleaning, security) or similar B2B service verticals
- • Demonstrated ability to lead discovery calls, qualify complex opportunities, and solution-sell integrated platforms
- • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management
- • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with experience engaging C-suite and executive-level buyers
- • Ability to thrive in competitive markets and articulate clear differentiators against competitors
