Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end product vision and go-to-market strategy for a brand-new free-to-play mobile game on iOS and Android, guiding it from concept through global launch and live-ops. You will set the north-star KPIs, define the core loop, and translate player motivations into a monetization and retention roadmap that can scale to millions of users.
- • Leverage cutting-edge AI tools—prompt engineering, generative art pipelines, automated balancing, and predictive LTV models—to accelerate every phase of development. You will train the team on these tools, codify best practices, and continuously experiment to push the boundaries of what AI can do for game production.
- • Conduct deep-dive market analysis and run weekly customer interviews to surface unmet player needs, emerging genre trends, and whitespace opportunities. Your insights will directly shape feature prioritization, UA creative, seasonal events, and personalized offers.
- • Build and maintain a living product backlog that balances player delight, technical feasibility, and revenue impact. You will run sprint planning, write crisp user stories, and ruthlessly prioritize using RICE scoring and cohort data so the team always knows what matters most.
- • Partner with engineering, art, UA, community, and data science in a true cross-functional pod. You will translate complex technical constraints into clear product requirements, unblock dependencies in real time, and ensure every discipline is marching toward the same launch date.
- • Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and synthetic-control holdouts to optimize onboarding, store placement, ad waterfalls, and live-ops events. You will own the statistical rigor, readout cadence, and decision log so learnings compound across titles.
- • Drive the go-to-market calendar—soft-launch territories, influencer beats, platform featuring, and cross-promotion—while coordinating with marketing to craft messaging that resonates with each persona segment. Your GTM plan will be as data-driven as the game itself.
- • Present weekly to Series Entertainment’s executive team, sharing KPI dashboards, risk mitigations, and next-sprint bets. You will distill complex signals into a concise narrative that secures continued investment and keeps studio leadership aligned.
- • Foster a culture of psychological safety, rapid iteration, and customer obsession. You will run retros, celebrate wins loudly, and coach junior PMs so the entire product org levels up together.
- • Champion diversity and inclusion in both product decisions (representation in art, events, and storylines) and team practices (inclusive meetings, equitable feedback). You will ensure every player—and every teammate—feels seen and valued.
