- • The Enterprise Account Executive at GLG plays a pivotal leadership role in managing and expanding the Information Services segment, which serves leading companies specializing in data, analytics, and workflow tools. This position is critical to GLG’s Corporate team, as it drives revenue growth, strengthens client relationships, and ensures the full realization of GLG’s platform value. By owning the segment’s strategy and execution, this role directly impacts GLG’s ability to maintain its position as the world’s leading platform for trusted human expertise, connecting global decision-makers with authoritative insights.
- • **What the person will do day to day:**
- • **Revenue Growth and Client Management:** Own and manage the Information Services segment, overseeing renewals to maximize revenue through upgraded commercial terms, improved pricing, and strategic positioning. Identify target prospects in priority markets and develop outreach strategies to expand the sales pipeline in both existing and new accounts.
- • **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with Client Solutions Leadership to create an annual strategic plan that includes market size analysis, competitive landscape assessment, new logo targets, and revenue goals. Develop pitch materials and engage with prospective clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to communicate GLG’s value proposition effectively.
- • **Client Insights and Partnerships:** Maintain a deep understanding of client buyers and user personas, including their goals, needs, pain points, and servicing expectations. Partner with Client Solutions teams to tailor strategies that align with business opportunities and client-specific requirements.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with key partners across GLG, including Operations, Marketing, Product, and Events teams, to drive territory strategy and ensure alignment across the organization.
- • **Forecasting and Accountability:** Strategically manage books of business to optimize top-line revenue growth and segment performance. Conduct weekly business reviews with Client Solutions and Research professionals to mitigate risks and ensure accountability. Partner with the Deal Desk to maintain pricing integrity and alignment for all deals brought to market.
- • **Execution and Target Achievement:** Identify and execute key targets on a week-to-week and month-to-month basis, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue and growth objectives.
