- • The Enterprise Account Executive (AI Agents) role at Flagright Inc. is critical to driving revenue growth and scaling enterprise adoption of AI-powered compliance solutions across North America, directly impacting the company’s market expansion and customer success in financial institutions.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery to close, self-sourcing 30% of pipeline through outbound prospecting, conducting product demos, building relationships in fintech and banking ecosystems, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams during POCs, and mentoring junior AEs and BDRs through deal feedback and coaching.
- • Flagright is a Y Combinator-backed startup building AI Agents for financial crime compliance, operating with a high-bar, low-bureaucracy culture that values resourcefulness, fast learning, and execution excellence, supported by top-tier talent from AWS, Palantir, and YC.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in AI Agents and FCC use cases, master complex enterprise sales in regulated financial sectors, refine GTM strategies through experimentation, and grow into a player-coach leader shaping sales playbooks and team performance while contributing to Flagright’s North American scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of B2B SaaS BDR experience and 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with direct closing responsibility
- • Experience prospecting into and qualifying enterprise accounts in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure domains
- • Based in WA, OR, NV, AZ, or UT with the right to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship available)
- • Willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time
- • Data-driven and experimental approach to optimizing customer engagement and conversion
