- • Optro Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team, focusing on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with large, high-value enterprise clients. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for selling Optro's leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform to Fortune Global 500 companies, directly contributing to their ability to navigate complex business landscapes with enhanced clarity and agility. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with C-level executives, solve intricate business challenges, and leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver transformative solutions. You will be at the forefront of shaping the future success of Optro by securing significant deals and fostering long-term partnerships.
- • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of enterprise sales. You will meticulously plan your territory, proactively generate a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, and expertly guide these opportunities through to successful closure. A significant aspect of your role will involve expanding business within existing customer accounts through cross-selling and up-selling Optro's comprehensive platform, while also aggressively pursuing net-new business acquisition within your assigned territory. You will be adept at strategizing multi-pillar platform sales, engaging multiple business units, and identifying key economic buyers within large organizations. A core function will be collaborating closely with C-suite executives such as Chief Compliance Officers (CCOs), Chief Audit Officers (CAOs), Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs), and Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) to understand their unique challenges and co-create tailored solutions that address their specific needs and strategic objectives.
- • A crucial part of your daily activities will involve identifying prospective customers' critical pain points, effectively educating them on the unparalleled value proposition of Optro's solutions, and clearly articulating our key differentiators in the market. You will conduct compelling product demonstrations, typically via video conference or in-person, and skillfully guide prospects through the entire sales process. This role requires approximately 25%-30% travel, which will include client and partner meetings, as well as attendance at industry events and conferences to foster relationships and expand your professional network. You will also be responsible for co-creating robust solutions and business cases that empower stakeholders across various departments to advocate for and successfully adopt Optro's platform within their organizations. Furthermore, you will work in close collaboration with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)/Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Product Solutions teams, and Value Architects to achieve ambitious sales goals. You will also partner effectively with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and to set accurate customer expectations for ongoing support and value realization.
- • Beyond direct sales activities, you will play a vital role in developing and nurturing our partner ecosystem, including major Big 4 accounting firms and specialized boutique firms, to significantly aid in business development efforts and expand our market reach.
