- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for Auth0 at Okta, you will be a pivotal player in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on securing new enterprise logos and cultivating deep, lasting relationships with existing Auth0 customers to foster expansion and upsell opportunities. This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to identifying, engaging, and closing deals with key decision-makers across Application Development teams, including Product, Engineering, and Architecture leaders.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan designed to generate a robust pipeline of net-new logo opportunities. This involves meticulous market analysis, strategic account planning, and consistent outreach to C-suite executives and technical leaders within target organizations. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets, contributing significantly to the year-over-year growth of your territory.
- • A core aspect of this role involves identifying, targeting, and gaining access to influential leaders within prospect accounts. You will build and nurture a strong network of contacts, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how Auth0's identity and access management solutions can address their most critical security and development needs. This requires a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and the unique value proposition of Okta's platform.
- • You will be instrumental in scoping, negotiating, and closing complex enterprise agreements. This entails a thorough understanding of contract terms, pricing structures, and the ability to articulate the long-term business value and ROI of Auth0's offerings. Your negotiation skills will be crucial in securing mutually beneficial agreements that meet and exceed revenue quota targets.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with a dedicated Okta ecosystem, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Channel Partners, Presales Engineers, and Customer First teams. Leveraging these internal and external resources effectively will be essential for identifying opportunities, building compelling solutions, and ensuring seamless customer onboarding and success.
- • The role requires a strong technical aptitude and the ability to engage in deep technical discovery conversations. You must be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes, resonating with a developer-centric audience. This includes evangelizing Auth0's capabilities, educating prospects on identity security best practices, and creating demand by showcasing how our platform empowers secure digital transformation.
- • You will be expected to travel as necessary to build and cultivate strong relationships with customers and prospects. This may include attending industry events, conducting on-site meetings, and participating in strategic account planning sessions. Building trust and rapport through face-to-face interactions is a critical component of driving enterprise sales success.
- • Embracing and utilizing partners effectively is also a significant part of the strategy. You will identify and engage with strategic partners to co-sell, co-market, and open new avenues for opportunity generation, further expanding the reach and impact of Auth0 within your territory.
