  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rasa Technologies Inc., you will drive revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and closing complex deals with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises, playing a pivotal role in expanding the adoption of Rasa’s generative conversational AI platform across industries and geographies.
  • • You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and close, acting as a technical closer who bridges deep product understanding with business value articulation to win both technical and commercial buy-in from enterprise stakeholders.
  • • Day to day, you will build and execute a territory plan targeting high-value enterprise accounts, generating your own pipeline while collaborating with SDRs and Marketing to ensure consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
  • • You will navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6–12 months, engaging technical champions such as Developers and Architects, as well as economic buyers including C-Suite executives and LOB Heads, to align Rasa’s capabilities with their strategic objectives.
  • • You will bridge the gap between technical value and business outcomes by confidently discussing APIs, open-source models, infrastructure integration, and AI use cases with engineering teams, while translating technical capabilities into measurable ROI for business leaders.
  • • You will lead a virtual account team comprising Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Product specialists to orchestrate coordinated efforts that secure both the technical win and the commercial win in complex deals.
  • • You will drive and prove the technical capabilities and business value of Rasa’s platform through tailored demos, proof-of-concepts, and value-based selling, ensuring alignment with customer success metrics and long-term adoption.
  • • You will forecast and manage your sales activity and pipeline with discipline, using CRM tools and sales methodologies to consistently hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • • You will work closely with the Customer Success team to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, nurturing relationships to drive upsells, cross-sells, and advocacy.
  • • You will collect and deliver structured customer feedback to the Product team, influencing product roadmap decisions based on real-world enterprise use cases and pain points.
  • • You will operate as a self-starter with minimal supervision, leveraging your creativity, grit, and customer-centric hunter mindset to build pipeline from scratch and adapt quickly to evolving market dynamics.
  • • You will participate in regular remote team events and an annual company-wide offsite, fostering connection and collaboration across Rasa’s global, remote-first team.
  • • You will represent Rasa’s mission and values in every customer interaction, embodying the company’s culture of curiosity, experimentation, and compassion in advancing how people interact with organizations through AI.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically in complex technical domains such as AI/ML, DevOps, Database/Infrastructure, or related enterprise technology sectors.
  • • Proven track record of selling large deals to Global 2000 enterprises, consistently performing in the top 10% of sales teams with a history of exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas.
  • • Experience closing six- and seven-figure deals ($100k–$1M+ ACV), demonstrating ability to manage long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • • Code-literate or infrastructure-fluent: ability to engage confidently with engineering directors and technical teams on topics like APIs, open-source models, and system integration without needing to code.
  • • Deep familiarity with established sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Command of the Message, and ability to apply them strategically in enterprise deals.
  • • Self-driven professional with urgency and accountability, demonstrated by a track record of building pipeline from scratch and a creative, customer-centric hunter mindset.
