  • • The Vice President, Sales – Federal leads a high-performing sales organization focused on driving revenue growth, new logo acquisition, and expansion within the U.S. Federal Government, owning strategy, execution, and talent development to ensure customers realize meaningful value while exceeding annual bookings and pipeline targets.
  • • Day to day, the role involves developing and executing regional go-to-market strategy, setting and tracking quarterly targets, driving pipeline creation and deal progression, leading and coaching Federal Account Executives, maintaining deep expertise in Federal procurement and customer missions, partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, and ensuring operational excellence through CRM hygiene, forecasting, and compliance adherence.
  • • DataRobot delivers AI that maximizes impact and minimizes business risk, empowering practitioners to deliver predictive and generative AI and enabling leaders to secure AI assets; the company relies on a global customer base and operates with principles like Wow Our Customers, Set High Standards, Be Better Than Yesterday, and Deliver Results, fostering a culture of rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
