- • Sell AuditBoard’s enterprise-grade audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform to large publicly traded and private organizations across assigned territories.
- • Execute full-cycle B2B SaaS sales including territory planning, pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and closing deals with enterprise clients.
- • Drive both net new customer acquisition and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within existing accounts, managing a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives.
- • Engage directly with C-level executives including CCOs, CAOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, EVPs, and SVPs to understand complex business challenges and position AuditBoard as the strategic solution.
- • Develop tailored business cases and multi-pillar platform sales strategies that align with economic buyers across multiple departments and functions.
- • Conduct product demonstrations via video conference and onsite meetings to showcase platform capabilities and differentiate from competitors.
- • Collaborate with SDRs/BDRs, Product Solutions, and Value Architects to build and advance qualified sales pipelines and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- • Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and set accurate customer expectations post-sale.
- • Build and nurture a partner ecosystem including Big 4 and boutique advisory firms to expand market reach and accelerate deal velocity.
- • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings with 25%-30% travel requirement to strengthen relationships and establish thought leadership.
- • Utilize MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify opportunities, map decision-making processes, and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
- • Identify customer pain points, articulate AuditBoard’s unique value proposition, and overcome objections with data-driven storytelling and executive-level communication.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment requiring agility, resilience, and consistent performance under pressure.
- • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts while adhering to company compliance and data security protocols.
- • Contribute to a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning, supporting team success while driving individual quota attainment.
- • Represent Optro as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients, reinforcing brand reputation and customer obsession across all interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years selling enterprise/B2B SaaS solutions
- • Ranked among the top 10% of salespeople in current role with consistent track record of exceeding $1.3M–$1.7M annual quotas
- • Proven experience navigating complex SaaS deals with multi-stakeholder economic buyers and long sales cycles
- • Senior Manager or higher in a Risk Advisory practice (risk management, internal audit) at a Big 4 firm OR equivalent enterprise sales background
- • Demonstrated proficiency in MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales methodology
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
