This pivotal role demands complete ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and closing deals, positioning you as an indispensable, trusted strategic advisor to your clients. Your primary mission is to cultivate and deliver predictable, sustainable revenue growth, thereby solidifying and deepening Contentsquare's market presence across the dynamic DACH region. You will be instrumental in establishing our cutting-edge experience intelligence platform as an absolutely mission-critical solution for some of the world's most influential and leading brands.
  • • You will operate within a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and performance-driven SaaS environment. Success in this role is intrinsically linked to a rigorous execution discipline, unwavering forecasting accuracy, and a profound sense of commercial ownership. This means meticulously managing your pipeline, consistently exceeding targets, and demonstrating a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass identifying and qualifying high-potential enterprise accounts within the DACH market. This involves conducting in-depth market research, leveraging various sales intelligence tools, and engaging in proactive outreach to key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. You will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, digital transformation initiatives, and customer experience strategies.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to articulate the unique value proposition of Contentsquare's platform. This requires developing compelling sales narratives, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs and pain points of each enterprise prospect. You will need to effectively communicate how Contentsquare can drive tangible business outcomes, such as improved conversion rates, enhanced customer satisfaction, reduced churn, and increased digital revenue.
  • • You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors within your assigned accounts. This involves understanding their strategic objectives, acting as a consultative partner, and consistently demonstrating the ROI and business impact of Contentsquare's solutions. Your ability to build trust and credibility will be paramount.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate qualified leads, partner with our Solutions Consultants to deliver technical expertise and tailored demonstrations, and liaise with our Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction post-sale. You will also collaborate with marketing to align on regional strategies and campaigns.
  • • You will be expected to maintain a high level of proficiency in Contentsquare's product offerings, the competitive landscape, and the broader digital analytics and customer experience market. Continuous learning and adaptation are essential in this evolving industry.
  • • Performance will be measured by key metrics including new logo acquisition, expansion revenue within existing accounts, sales cycle velocity, pipeline generation, and forecast accuracy. You will be expected to consistently meet and exceed ambitious targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise SaaS sales, specifically within the DACH region.
  • • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle enterprise software sales, with a strong understanding of selling complex solutions.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in large organizations.
  • • Deep understanding of the digital analytics, customer experience, or MarTech landscape.
  • • Native or near-native German language proficiency is essential for engaging effectively with the DACH market.
  • • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
