- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at SentiLink Corporation, you will drive the company’s expansion into high-growth digital commerce verticals, including eCommerce retailers, online marketplaces, gig economy platforms, ticketing providers, and other digital businesses. Your work will directly impact SentiLink’s mission to replace outdated identity verification systems with faster, smarter, and more accurate real-time solutions that protect both institutions and individuals from fraud.
- • You will own the full sales lifecycle for complex enterprise accounts — from identifying and engaging prospects in target verticals to leading discovery meetings, building multi-stakeholder relationships, coordinating internal resources, crafting tailored business cases, and closing commercial agreements. Success requires navigating intricate organizational structures to align with decision-makers, cultivate internal champions, and position SentiLink as a trusted strategic partner.
- • Post-sale, you will continue to own and nurture customer relationships, ensuring partners derive maximum value from SentiLink’s identity and risk solutions through ongoing enablement, feedback loops, and advocacy — turning closed deals into long-term, expanding partnerships.

- • Operating as a remote, US-based role within a digitally native, globally distributed team (with offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Gurugram, and Bengaluru), you’ll collaborate across functions and geographies while enjoying flexibility in how and where you work.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape SentiLink’s go-to-market strategy for the e-commerce and marketplace vertical — helping build sales playbooks, refine messaging, identify emerging use cases, and contribute to product feedback based on frontline customer insights.
- • You will grow your expertise in selling technical, data-driven solutions to sophisticated enterprise buyers, deepening your knowledge of fraud prevention, identity risk, payments, and digital trust ecosystems — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in one of the most critical and rapidly evolving sectors of the digital economy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven success in sales, preferably selling technical or data-driven solutions within eCommerce, online marketplaces, gig economy, ticketing, or related digital commerce verticals, with demonstrated understanding of fraud, payments, and identity challenges faced by these businesses.
- • Demonstrated ability to sell complex data or analytics solutions into large enterprise organizations using a top-down, multi-stakeholder sales approach, including experience engaging C-suite, risk, fraud, product, and technology leaders.
- • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven by a strong hustle mentality — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments and take ownership of outcomes without needing constant direction.
- • Experience in credit risk, fraud prevention, or another analytical discipline within financial services is a strong plus, as is an established network within identity verification, fraud, or risk teams across financial services, eCommerce, marketplaces, or digital commerce ecosystems.
- • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within the U.S.; this is a remote, US-based role requiring eligibility for employment in the country.
