- • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
- • **Pipeline Development & Management:** Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts, identifying and engaging key decision-makers to drive revenue growth. Leverage outbound prospecting strategies to initiate conversations and nurture relationships with high-value clients.
- • **Discovery & Solution Selling:** Conduct discovery calls to deeply understand client pain points, business objectives, and technical requirements. Tailor Hightouch’s AI and data activation solutions to address these needs, demonstrating how the platform can deliver measurable business outcomes, such as improved marketing personalization, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- • **Land-and-Expand Strategies:** Develop and execute land-and-expand strategies to not only secure initial deals but also foster long-term client relationships. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring clients maximize the value of Hightouch’s platform across their organization.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Align with Marketing to generate demand, collaborate with Product to address client feedback, and partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
- • **Performance & KPIs:** Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as quota attainment, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition costs. Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer-centricity, and urgency in all interactions.
- • **Market & Competitive Intelligence:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the martech and data ecosystem. Use this knowledge to position Hightouch as the leading solution for AI-driven marketing and data activation.
- • **Client Advocacy:** Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of AI and data-driven marketing. Educate clients on best practices, industry benchmarks, and how to leverage Hightouch’s platform to achieve their business goals.
