- • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition by strategically targeting and engaging enterprise-level accounts across various industries. Your primary objective will be to navigate complex sales cycles, from initial engagement and qualification through to negotiation and successful closing of deals. This requires a proactive and strategic approach to identifying potential clients, understanding their unique operational challenges, and positioning Zello's industry-leading push-to-talk technology as the optimal solution.
- • Building and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations will be paramount. You will need to develop a deep understanding of their specific communication needs, operational workflows, and strategic objectives. By effectively communicating Zello's value proposition, you will demonstrate how our platform can enhance collaboration, boost productivity, and improve safety for desk-less workers, ultimately driving significant business outcomes.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves close collaboration with Zello's dedicated customer success and solutions engineering teams. You will work hand-in-hand with these teams to conduct thorough discovery sessions, identify client pain points, and collaboratively design tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly into their existing environments. Furthermore, you will manage and execute successful proof-of-concept (POC) trials, meticulously demonstrating Zello's capabilities and validating its effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
- • Success in this position will be measured by your consistent ability to meet and exceed ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets. This requires a disciplined approach to pipeline management, proactive follow-up, and a relentless drive to achieve objectives.
