Enterprise Account Executive - Existing Customers (US/Canada)

📋 Description

• • As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on existing customers in the US and Canada, you will own and grow relationships with Sanity’s most strategic enterprise clients, driving net revenue retention and expansion through consultative sales and deep customer partnership.
• • Day to day, you will manage renewals and expansions, create and maintain detailed account plans, run consultative sales cycles to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities, partner with Product and internal teams to surface insights, monitor customer health metrics to mitigate churn, and engage both business and technical leaders to demonstrate ROI and platform value.
• • You will join a 200+ person, globally distributed company at the forefront of AI-powered Content Operations, backed by top-tier investors and trusted by industry leaders like SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, and Anthropic to power their content workflows.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, deepen your technical fluency in API-based platforms, refine your ability to influence executive stakeholders, and build a track record of driving measurable customer outcomes and revenue growth in a high-impact, growth-stage environment.
