📋 Description

  • Ping Identity is seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in France. This remote role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by identifying and securing new enterprise clients, as well as growing our existing customer base. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth within your assigned territory, contributing directly to Ping Identity's mission of making digital experiences secure and seamless for all users.   • As an Enterprise Account Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and dynamic. You will be tasked with developing and executing a personalized sales plan that aligns with the broader regional sales strategy, ensuring that performance goals are not only met but exceeded. A key aspect of your role will involve deeply understanding and articulating Ping Identity's value proposition to prospective and existing clients, tailoring your approach to highlight how our intelligent, cloud identity platform can address their specific business challenges and opportunities. You will be responsible for navigating complex sales cycles, negotiating and closing sophisticated contracts, often with the support of our global partners and internal specialists. Accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management will be crucial for strategic decision-making. Furthermore, you will prepare detailed subscription pricing proposals and customer offers, evaluating opportunities for additional services such as training and professional services, and contributing to the response of formal requests for proposals (RFPs). Your role will also involve acting as a vital conduit for customer feedback, relaying insights to our marketing, customer success, product management, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Collaboration will be essential as you work with internal teams and external partners to secure the necessary specialist resources to support complex deals and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas within the relevant market.
  • Demonstrated success in closing strategic and large projects with long and complex sales cycles.
  • Established network of C-level contacts within the relevant industry sectors.
  • Fluent French language skills.
