- • Join Twilio as an Enterprise Account Executive, a pivotal role focused on driving growth within our high-value Enterprise segment across Southern Europe. This remote position, based in the UK or Ireland, offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of communications for hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of developers worldwide.
- • You will be instrumental in expanding Twilio's Communication Products business, taking ownership of new customer acquisition and nurturing existing accounts with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) under $50k. Your primary objective will be to drive Annual Contract Value (ACV) while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- • This role demands a strategic approach to sales, encompassing the entire deal lifecycle. You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new, high-value enterprise customers, managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and expertly guiding deals through to successful closure.
- • A core responsibility involves mastering the creation of compelling pricing proposals, skillfully negotiating contract terms, and managing the entire contract process. Your ability to articulate complex contractual, technical, and financial details in a clear and simple manner will be crucial for success.
- • You will be expected to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with technical and business stakeholders within large enterprises. This requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key influencers.

🎯 Requirements
- • 9+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex solutions for enterprise and software companies.
- • Demonstrated success in identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts, with experience working with Fortune 500 or similarly large enterprises.
- • Proven ability to sell complex, technical solutions such as cloud communications platforms, APIs, and/or enterprise software.
- • Fluent French speaker with strong negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills.
- • Expertise in solution-based or consultative selling, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
- • Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders in large enterprises.
