📋 Description

  • As an Enterprise Account Executive at SailPoint, you will drive revenue growth by selling Identity Security solutions to enterprise customers, playing a critical role in helping organizations manage access risks and secure their data and applications.
  • Day to day, you will exceed revenue quotas, develop territory and opportunity plans, engage customers and partners, lead virtual sales teams including presales and professional services, manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, collaborate with marketing and channel teams, maintain Salesforce hygiene, and build stakeholder maps to advance sales opportunities.

  • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales skills, master competitive positioning against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, earn internal enablement badges (1st Mate and Captain), refine go-to-market strategies, and build a pipeline 2-3x your target while growing expertise in identity security and enterprise sales leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls, able to analyze prospect needs and qualify opportunities
  • Highly proficient in understanding and presenting SailPoint’s value proposition compared to competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
  • Ability to lead virtual teams including partner resources, presales, deal desk, professional services, and customer success to deliver sales wins
  • Experience creating territory and opportunity plans, including stakeholder mapping and forecasting using Salesforce and Clari
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, business, or sales-related field (not required)
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for business purposes
