- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for AuditBoard in Germany, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across the DACH region by driving new logo acquisition and growing existing enterprise accounts in audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec solutions. This role is critical to AuditBoard’s mission of transforming risk into strategic advantage for Fortune 500 companies, with over 50% of them already trusting the platform—including 7 of the Fortune 10. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s recognition as one of the 500 fastest-growing tech companies in North America for seven consecutive years, as ranked by Deloitte, while helping establish AuditBoard as a trusted leader in one of Europe’s most advanced economies.
- • You will own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, focusing on both publicly listed and privately held organizations. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting consultative sales engagements with C-level stakeholders, understanding their risk and compliance challenges, and mapping AuditBoard’s platform capabilities to deliver measurable business value. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles using structured frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale, collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Business Value Consulting, and Marketing teams to build pipeline and advance deals, and partner with strategic alliances to deliver integrated, customer-centric outcomes. Additionally, you will maintain accurate forecasting, update CRM systems diligently, and represent AuditBoard at industry events and customer meetings, with travel required as needed.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales within the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) space, refine your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and regulatory environments in the DACH region, and strengthen your consultative selling and executive engagement skills. You will gain exposure to global sales operations, cross-functional collaboration with international teams, and opportunities to shape go-to-market strategy in a key European market. Success in this role can lead to accelerated career advancement within AuditBoard’s expanding global sales organization, with clear pathways toward senior leadership, regional management, or specialized enterprise sales tracks.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably in SaaS or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) software solutions
- • Proven track record of success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value deals
- • Native-level German fluency and excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- • Experience with value-based selling and building long-term client partnerships
- • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale
- • Comfort working remotely and traveling to client sites as needed
