đź“‹ Description

  • • Drive the full B2B enterprise sales cycle for WorkWhile’s labor solutions, prospecting, discovering needs, positioning value, negotiating, and closing deals with large hospitality and event industry clients.
  • • Target and penetrate enterprise accounts including national catering conglomerates, corporate food service providers, sports and entertainment venue operators, and premier event management groups.
  • • Develop strategic account plans to expand revenue within multi-unit, multi-city corporate clients with complex staffing demands and high-volume shift requirements.
  • • Navigate complex buying committees involving Corporate Operations, VP of Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and regional Event/Culinary Directors to secure executive buy-in and alignment.
  • • Articulate WorkWhile’s value proposition by addressing key hospitality pain points: hyper-seasonal staffing volatility, last-minute event cancellations, variable labor costs, and maintaining service quality standards.

  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and product teams to design tailored workforce proposals and proofs of concept (POCs) for large-scale, multi-city rollouts and high-profile events.

  • • Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support on-site demonstrations or pilot programs.
  • • Leverage consultative selling techniques to translate labor data and operational metrics into compelling ROI narratives for CFOs, COOs, and other C-suite executives.
  • • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) and enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Strategic Selling) to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and optimize deal progression.
  • • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through consistent closing of six-figure+ enterprise deals and driving long-term customer lifetime value.
  • • Maintain deep knowledge of logistics in large-scale catering, stadium operations, and corporate dining environments, understanding how workforce reliability directly impacts guest experience and profitability.
  • • Operate as a hunter-style sales professional with autonomy to identify, pursue, and close new enterprise opportunities in the hospitality and live events space.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and closing large, strategic deals in contract food service, event management, university, catering, or venue operations sectors.

  • • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex corporate structures and align multiple executive stakeholders across departments.
  • • Proven success in closing six-figure+ enterprise deals and exceeding sales quotas consistently.
  • • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Strategic Selling).
