  • • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close for Fortune 500 accounts in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, transportation, retail distribution, and industrial operations.
  • • Build and execute strategic territory plans to drive net-new revenue growth across large enterprise customers in industrial and supply chain sectors.
  • • Prospect and generate new opportunities through outbound efforts, executive networking, and territory development in safety, operations, and supply chain departments.
  • • Develop multi-threaded relationships across Operations, Supply Chain, Safety, Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, Finance, and Executive stakeholders within target accounts.
  • • Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover operational challenges, safety risks, and business outcomes tied to workers’ compensation, general liability, and property damage.
  • • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership throughout the sales process to align technical capabilities with customer needs.
  • • Create compelling business cases and ROI narratives that quantify cost savings and risk reduction for enterprise clients facing over $500B in annual U.S. workplace incident costs.
  • • Navigate complex procurement, security, legal, and executive approval processes within large organizations.
  • • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce with disciplined reporting and pipeline hygiene.
  • • Serve as a strategic voice of the customer to influence product development and go-to-market strategy based on direct enterprise feedback.
  • • Travel extensively to meet with enterprise clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site demonstrations at manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics facilities.
  • • Target and close high-value enterprise deals with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving buying committees and cross-functional decision-makers.
  • • Focus exclusively on acquiring new enterprise customers — this is a hunter role with no existing pipeline or account handoffs.
  • • Position Voxel as a trusted partner in safety and operational efficiency by demonstrating how computer vision and AI transform existing security cameras into hazard detection systems.
  • • Align sales activities with Voxel’s mission to reduce workplace risks and improve safety for millions of essential workers through AI-powered computer vision technology.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • • Demonstrated success selling into Fortune 500 organizations
  • • Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals
  • • Experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and buying committees
  • • Strong experience with account mapping, executive engagement, and multi-threaded sales strategies
  • • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota
  • • Experience creating pipeline through outbound prospecting and territory development
