- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for Italy at DeepL, you will be a key driver in expanding the company's presence in the Italian enterprise market by introducing and selling DeepL’s market-leading AI-powered language solutions to large organizations, directly contributing to the company’s mission of becoming the global leader in trusted, intelligent AI technology that enhances communication and fosters global connections.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include growing the Italian market by identifying and pursuing new enterprise opportunities, acting as a product ambassador and trusted advisor to prospects and customers, managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets, building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline through new business acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling, responding to high volumes of inbound inquiries while managing diverse opportunities across the sales funnel, forecasting and tracking all opportunities with detailed documentation of use cases, timelines, and next steps, and collaborating closely with SDR, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and deliver tailored solutions.
- • You will join a dynamic, international Sales team at DeepL that serves as a cornerstone of the company’s market expansion and customer engagement strategy, working within a purpose-driven culture that values innovation, trust, curiosity, and care, where over 1,000 passionate employees from more than 90 nationalities collaborate to build AI solutions that empower millions of users and businesses across 228 global markets.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Enterprise SaaS sales within the Italian market
- • Experience selling into and expanding Enterprise accounts, as well as selling emerging technologies and winning new logos
- • Demonstrated ability to consistently overachieve against sales quotas
- • Ability to collaborate with and orchestrate cross-functional teams
- • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities and dynamic situations
- • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
