- ⢠As an Enterprise Account Executive (Korean Speaking) at Neo4j, you will drive revenue growth by selling the companyās graph intelligence platform to enterprise customers across the APAC region, with a strategic focus on the Korean market. Your role is critical in expanding Neo4jās footprint in high-value accounts, helping organizations unlock the power of connected data for AI, analytics, and digital transformation.
- ⢠Day to day, you will develop and execute territory plans, manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing, build and present tailored solutions using Neo4jās graph database and analytics tools, collaborate with pre-sales, field marketing, and channel teams to support deals, maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce, and mentor Business Development Representatives to strengthen pipeline generation.

- ⢠In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise software sales, graph databases, and AI-driven data platforms; master complex sales methodologies like MEDDPICC; grow your influence with C-level stakeholders; and contribute to Neo4jās rapid scaling as it surpasses $200M in ARR and continues to disrupt the database market.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠7+ years of consistent success meeting or exceeding sales objectives selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market
- ⢠Experience selling data platforms or information management tools to enterprise customers, preferably in the Financial Services sector
- ⢠Demonstrable experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies and tactics, including consultative selling, value selling, and MEDDPICC methodologies
- ⢠Experience presenting to and managing large complex enterprise accounts up to C-level, across both business and technical stakeholders
- ⢠Bachelorās degree in a relevant field
- ⢠Korean language proficiency is a plus for supporting customers and partners in the Korea market
