- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for Built Technologies' Lender team, you will help executives at top banks, credit unions, and private lenders modernize their portfolios through AI-driven workflow automation, compliance, and risk-management solutions, playing a key role in transforming how real estate is financed.
- • You will own and execute the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects — from discovery and business case development to contract close — while leading strategic conversations with C-level executives across lending, operations, and technology teams.
- • Built Technologies is an AI-powered platform transforming real estate finance, development, and management, serving over 350 lenders, 80,000+ borrowers and owners, and powering 86,000+ active projects valued at more than $300 billion.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial technology sales, master ROI modeling and workflow analysis for complex lending institutions, and develop executive-level consulting skills while contributing to the disruption of a $1.5T industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience running full-cycle, consultative enterprise sales or management consulting within banking, finance, or capital markets
- • Strong understanding of lending, real estate finance, or construction lending
- • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex buying processes
- • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complexity for executive audiences
- • Strong business acumen and comfort with ROI modeling and analysis
- • Bachelor’s degree required
