- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Scrunch, you will be instrumental in guiding major brands through one of the most pressing challenges they face today: ensuring their products and services are discoverable and understood in an AI-driven landscape. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with significant deal values, typically ranging from six to seven figures (ACVs). You will have the autonomy to drive your territory, while collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams to establish and refine a robust enterprise sales motion within a fast-paced and competitive market.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own the entire enterprise sales cycle. This begins with proactive outbound prospecting to identify and engage high-value mid-market and enterprise accounts, as well as expertly managing and closing inbound leads. You will orchestrate intricate, multi-threaded sales processes, engaging with senior executives across marketing, brand management, product development, and C-suite leadership. Your focus will be on selling strategic solutions that address critical business needs – helping CMOs and VPs overcome challenges related to brand visibility, performance optimization, and discovery in the evolving AI ecosystem.
- • Success in this role hinges on your ability to execute deals with longer sales cycles, typically spanning three to six months. This requires adept navigation of ambiguity, a deep understanding of evolving buyer needs, and the resilience to manage complex negotiations. You will be expected to build and maintain a consistently strong sales pipeline, ensuring meticulous CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and diligent follow-up with all prospects and customers.
- • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work hand-in-hand with our Marketing, Product, and Sales Enablement teams. This partnership will involve refining our go-to-market messaging, identifying and developing compelling enterprise use cases, and providing invaluable feedback to influence our product roadmap. By acting as a category evangelist, you will educate prospects on the nuances of AI-driven discovery and the transformative potential of Scrunch's platform.
- • Continuous learning and market intelligence are vital. You will be expected to stay ahead of the curve by researching the market landscape, identifying key target accounts, understanding competitive dynamics, and recognizing emerging trends. This proactive approach will sharpen your sales strategies and ensure Scrunch remains a leader in this nascent but rapidly expanding category.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a significant portion focused on closing complex enterprise deals (6-7 figure ACVs).
- • Proven track record of successfully managing and closing multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large organizations.
- • Strong executive presence and the ability to build rapport and credibility with C-level marketing executives (CMOs, VPs).
- • Deep understanding of AI, search, and digital marketing landscapes, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business value.
- • Highly organized, goal-driven, and proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
