  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Flagright, you will drive revenue growth and expand the company’s presence across Europe by owning the full sales cycle for complex deals with financial institutions, banks, and fintechs.
  • • You will manage deals from discovery to close, build pipeline proactively through inbound and outbound efforts, represent Flagright at industry events across Europe, and develop deep expertise in the company’s AI-powered financial crime compliance platform.
  • • Flagright is a lean, high-performance AI operating system for financial crime compliance used by Fortune 500 companies, major banks, and fast-growing startups globally, operating with high individual ownership, direct leadership access, and a low-bureaucracy, asynchronous culture.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, gain deep domain expertise in AML and compliance, coach junior team members, influence product strategy through market feedback, and contribute directly to scaling Flagright’s go-to-market motion in Europe.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with direct closing responsibility
  • • Startup or scale-up experience required
  • • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure
  • • Proven success selling complex solutions and AI solutions to enterprise customers
  • • Data-driven and experimental approach to optimizing customer engagement and conversion
  • • Willingness to regularly travel across Europe frequently for customer meetings and industry events
