  • • Your mission as an Enterprise Account Executive is to lead the charge in acquiring and closing strategic, high-value enterprise deals. You will be instrumental in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, cultivating and managing executive-level relationships, and ultimately closing large-scale, transformative contracts. This role is ideal for individuals who are deeply passionate about enterprise SaaS sales, possess a strategic selling acumen, and are eager to make a significant impact within a fast-growing, AI-driven company that is poised for substantial market disruption.
  • • Your daily responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, ensuring no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for the strategic acquisition of new enterprise clients, meticulously identifying and engaging with high-potential enterprise-level prospects. This involves skillfully navigating lengthy and intricate sales cycles that typically involve multiple decision-makers and stakeholders within large organizations.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be building and maintaining strong, executive-level relationships with key clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their unique business challenges and strategic objectives. You will lead high-stakes negotiations, expertly managing all facets of the sales process, including legal and procurement procedures, to ensure successful and mutually beneficial contract closures.
  • • You will play a crucial role in collaborating with our dedicated product and technology teams to understand client needs deeply and contribute to the development and delivery of customized, value-driven solutions that precisely meet the complex requirements of our enterprise clients.
  • • Furthermore, you will actively contribute to identifying strategic market opportunities and shaping voize's overall go-to-market strategy for the enterprise segment, helping to define our expansion and growth plans.
  • • This role demands exceptional cross-functional teamwork. You will work in close collaboration with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine and execute our enterprise sales approach, ensuring a cohesive and effective customer journey from initial contact through to successful implementation and ongoing partnership.
  • • We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales, who has independently managed complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and successfully closed multi-six or seven-figure enterprise deals. A strategic mindset is essential, enabling you to navigate complex organizational structures and demonstrate experience with long, consultative sales cycles.
  • • You will possess a strong executive presence, demonstrating comfort and confidence in engaging and negotiating with C-level executives. Your consultative selling skills should be highly developed, allowing you to excel at understanding enterprise customers' pain points and architecting tailored solutions that address their specific needs and deliver measurable business value.
  • • A willingness to travel is expected, as you will thrive on face-to-face interactions with key stakeholders to build rapport and drive deals forward.
  • • Exceptional communication talent is a must. You will be fluent in German and proficient in English, capable of communicating clearly, persuasively, and effectively across different audiences and cultures.
  • • Technical affinity is important; you should be comfortable working with and leveraging modern sales and collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion to maximize your productivity and effectiveness.
