- ⢠Enterprise Account Executive responsible for selling SailPointâs Identity Security solutions to enterprise customers in Massachusetts, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- ⢠Day-to-day activities include exceeding quarterly and yearly revenue quotas, developing territory and opportunity plans, leading virtual sales teams (presales, partner managers, deal desk, professional services, customer success), conducting discovery calls, presenting value propositions against competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, managing Salesforce and Clari hygiene, collaborating with marketing and channel teams, and owning the full sales cycle from qualification to close.

đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Skilled communicator in initial engagements and discovery calls, capable of analyzing prospect needs to qualify opportunities
- ⢠Highly proficient in understanding and presenting SailPointâs value proposition compared to Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
- ⢠Ability to lead virtual teams including partner resources, presales, deal desk, professional services, and customer success to deliver sales wins
- ⢠Experience creating territory and opportunity plans, including stakeholder mapping and pipeline development
- ⢠Bachelorâs degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales-related field (preferred but not required)
- ⢠Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for business purposes
