We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead our sales efforts in Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to be our first sales hire in the region, playing a pivotal role in establishing HappyRobot's presence and driving significant revenue growth.
- • As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be entrusted with the complete ownership of the sales cycle, from identifying and engaging prospective enterprise clients to nurturing robust relationships and ultimately closing high-value deals. Your primary objective will be to drive the adoption of our innovative AI OS solution within large organizations, helping them to optimize complex, mission-critical operations with unprecedented autonomy.
- • You will be responsible for developing and meticulously managing a dynamic pipeline of enterprise accounts. This involves proactive prospecting, identifying key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, and consistently ensuring a healthy flow of qualified opportunities. Your ability to forecast accurately and manage your pipeline effectively will be crucial to your success and the company's growth.
- • A core aspect of this role is consultative selling. You will need to deeply understand the unique challenges, evolving industry trends, and specific business objectives of our potential clients. By leveraging this insight, you will expertly position HappyRobot's SaaS solution as the indispensable tool for enhancing resilience, accelerating speed, and enabling continuous improvement in their operations, particularly within supply chain and industrial-scale sectors.
- • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at the enterprise level is paramount. You will act as a trusted advisor, fostering an environment of collaboration and mutual understanding to ensure client success and long-term partnerships.
- • This role demands strong strategic negotiation skills. You will lead complex sales negotiations, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes that create lasting value for both the client and HappyRobot. Your ability to navigate intricate deal structures and articulate the ROI of our AI OS will be key.
- • Collaboration is essential. You will work hand-in-hand with our Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams. This cross-functional synergy will enable you to craft and deliver highly tailored solutions that precisely meet the intricate needs of our enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless and impactful implementation.
- • Your ultimate responsibility will be to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets, directly contributing to HappyRobot's overall revenue growth and market expansion. Your performance will be a direct driver of the company's success in the Mexican market.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with experience closing large Annual Contract Value (ACV) deals.
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong preference for experience within the SaaS industry and specifically selling AI or complex technology solutions.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close, including strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- • Ability to deeply analyze customer needs and effectively align them with sophisticated technological solutions, acting as a trusted advisor.
- • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms for pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.
