  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive for Mexico at Qualtrics, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and customer success within one of the world's most dynamic markets. You will be instrumental in expanding our footprint by quarterbacking strategic enterprise deals with Mexico's largest and most influential organizations. This role demands a highly driven, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and possesses a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and exceed ambitious targets.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales quotas by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding relationships within existing accounts. This involves developing a deep understanding of their business challenges and demonstrating how the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) platform can deliver transformative solutions, driving action and measurable business outcomes.
  • • You will be tasked with cultivating and nurturing robust, professional relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of target organizations. This requires exceptional communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills to build trust and establish yourself as a strategic advisor.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is developing and maintaining an in-depth, expert-level knowledge of Qualtrics' comprehensive solution offerings. You must be able to articulate the value proposition of our platform, including its capabilities in customer experience, employee experience, product experience, and brand experience management, tailored to the specific needs of enterprise clients.
  • • To effectively position Qualtrics for success, you will need to maintain a real-time, nuanced understanding of the competitive landscape within the Mexican market. This knowledge will empower you to craft compelling, win-based proposals and develop competitive pricing strategies that resonate with enterprise buyers.
  • • Collaboration is key to success at Qualtrics. You will work closely with internal functional areas, including Professional Services, Implementation teams, Subject Matter Experts, and Marketing, to ensure a unified and collaborative approach to securing and delivering on large enterprise engagements. This cross-functional synergy is vital for providing a seamless client experience from pre-sales through post-implementation.
  • • Accurate forecasting is essential for business planning and resource allocation. You will be responsible for maintaining a reliable and up-to-date sales forecast, providing visibility into pipeline health and projected revenue.
  • • The ability to work effectively with and through channel partners will also be a significant component of your role, leveraging these relationships to expand market reach and drive incremental revenue.
  • • This role is for a validated winner who has a history of leading breakthrough results and consistently exceeding expectations. You will be empowered to take initiative, understand the desired outcomes, grasp the context, and then work entrepreneurially to achieve them.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 5-10 years of individual enterprise-level SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • • Experience utilizing and implementing sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
  • • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • • Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and events.
