We are expanding our global operations and seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead our growth in the Middle East.
- • As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in presenting DeepL’s market-leading Language AI platform to prospective clients, effectively eliminating their language barriers and unlocking new opportunities for their businesses. You will act as a primary point of contact, embodying DeepL's commitment to innovation and customer success.
- • Your role will involve becoming a true ambassador for DeepL’s products, developing deep expertise in our offerings and a profound understanding of our customers' unique needs. This expertise will enable you to proactively troubleshoot issues, provide insightful guidance, and rapidly resolve any inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- • You will serve as a trusted partner to potential new businesses and incoming customers, meticulously qualifying leads and guiding them through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful conversion. Your ability to build rapport, understand business objectives, and articulate the value proposition of DeepL will be critical to your success.
- • A key aspect of this role is the consistent pursuit of exceeding monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve and surpass these targets, contributing directly to DeepL's ambitious growth trajectory.
- • Building a robust pipeline of new business opportunities will be a core responsibility. This includes actively prospecting, identifying potential clients, and nurturing relationships to generate new revenue streams. Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, maximizing the value DeepL delivers to its clientele.
- • A significant portion of your day will be dedicated to responding to a high volume of inbound prospects and customers. You will manage a diverse range of opportunities, skillfully navigating each stage of the sales process, from initial qualification through to closing the deal.
- • Accurate forecasting and diligent tracking of all opportunities and customer details are essential. You will maintain comprehensive records, including detailed use cases, anticipated purchase timeframes, and clearly defined next steps, ensuring transparency and effective pipeline management.
- • Collaboration is key at DeepL. You will work closely with our diverse, international, and welcoming teams, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. This cross-functional partnership is vital for delivering tailored solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
- • You will be responsible for understanding the competitive landscape in the Middle East and positioning DeepL’s unique value proposition effectively against alternatives. This requires staying abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
- • Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise organizations will be paramount. Your ability to build trust and demonstrate ongoing value will drive customer loyalty and advocacy.
- • You will contribute to the refinement of sales strategies and processes by providing feedback based on your market experience and customer interactions, helping DeepL to continuously improve its go-to-market approach.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Enterprise SaaS sales within the Middle East.
- • Demonstrated success in selling into and expanding large Enterprise accounts, as well as experience selling emerging technologies and winning new logos.
- • Consistent track record of overachieving against sales quotas.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with and orchestrate cross-functional teams.
- • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
