- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Okta, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the Minnesota territory. This pivotal role involves a dual focus on acquiring new enterprise logos and nurturing existing customer relationships to foster deeper adoption and expansion of the Okta Platform. You will be instrumental in helping organizations secure their digital transformation by providing them with Okta's industry-leading identity and access management solutions.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a strategic territory plan aimed at generating a robust pipeline of net-new business. This requires a proactive and visionary approach to identifying potential clients, understanding their unique security challenges, and articulating the value proposition of Okta's comprehensive identity solutions.
- • You will consistently strive to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets, contributing directly to Okta's year-over-year growth. This will involve meticulous account planning, diligent pipeline management, and a relentless pursuit of sales opportunities.

- • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships within your internal Okta ecosystem is paramount. This includes working closely with Sales Development Representatives (xDRs), Presales Engineers, Customer First teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless and successful customer journey.
- • You will adopt and champion a value-based sales methodology, consistently delivering a compelling and insightful point of view to every customer interaction. This means understanding their business objectives and demonstrating how Okta can directly contribute to their success and security posture.
- • The role requires a willingness to travel as needed to build and strengthen relationships with customers and prospects across your territory. Face-to-face interactions are often critical for building trust and closing complex enterprise deals.
- • You will be expected to embrace and master Okta's sales framework, MEDDPICC, to ensure a consistent and effective approach to opportunity management and forecasting.
