You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and nurturing existing relationships, positioning professional coaching as a critical driver for leadership development and overall organizational effectiveness.
- • As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a hybrid book of business, meticulously managing a defined portfolio of target accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities while simultaneously expanding the footprint within existing accounts. This dual focus requires a strategic approach to sales, ensuring consistent revenue generation and client satisfaction.
- • A core aspect of this role involves leading outcome-driven discovery sessions. You will delve deep into understanding prospective and existing clients' unique business priorities, identifying key talent challenges, and articulating how CoachHub's comprehensive coaching solutions can address these needs. This involves crafting compelling, value-based narratives that clearly link our services to measurable business outcomes, demonstrating a tangible return on investment for our clients.
- • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and various business units is paramount. You will need to navigate complex organizational structures, understand diverse stakeholder perspectives, and build consensus through clear, persuasive communication that highlights both the commercial advantages and strategic imperatives of adopting CoachHub's platform.
- • You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from initial engagement through to closing the deal. This includes solution design, crafting compelling executive presentations, leading commercial negotiations, and finalizing contracts. Maintaining rigorous deal hygiene and accurate CRM data throughout this process is essential for effective pipeline management and forecasting.
- • Effective collaboration with internal teams is crucial for success. You will orchestrate efforts with Customer Success, the Behavioral Science/Coaching Lab, Sales Development Representatives, Legal, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless proposal delivery, efficient contracting, and ultimately, exceptional customer outcomes. This cross-functional coordination ensures a cohesive and high-quality client experience.
- • Proactive pipeline management and accurate forecasting are key performance indicators for this role. You will be expected to maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, ensure CRM data is up-to-date and reliable, and provide disciplined forecasts. Consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets is a primary objective.
- • Beyond direct sales activities, you will act as a brand ambassador for CoachHub. This involves strengthening our market presence through strategic networking, participating in industry events, and engaging in executive-level conversations that expand our visibility and generate new avenues for business development. Your external representation will directly contribute to CoachHub's market leadership and growth.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the talent development landscape, including familiarity with leadership development, coaching methodologies, assessment tools, and other adjacent people and organizational solutions. This knowledge allows for more insightful conversations and tailored solution proposals.
