- • Own the full-cycle sales motion for net-new Fortune 1000 logos across the New York City metro territory, carrying a multi-million-dollar annual ARR quota and building a predictable, repeatable revenue engine.
- • Prospect and source high-value opportunities by mapping complex organizational structures, identifying economic buyers, technical champions, and executive sponsors, and creating multi-threaded relationships that accelerate deal velocity.
- • Conduct deep discovery to uncover each prospect’s strategic business objectives—ranging from digital-transformation initiatives to knowledge-worker productivity mandates—and translate those needs into quantifiable value propositions that position Glean as mission-critical Work AI infrastructure.
- • Architect and deliver tailored ROI models, business cases, and pilot programs that demonstrate how Glean’s AI-powered search, assistant, and application-building capabilities can unlock millions in productivity gains and cost savings.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional deal teams—solutions engineering, product, legal, security, customer success, and executive leadership—to navigate enterprise procurement processes, security reviews, and legal negotiations, ensuring friction-free path to signature.
- • Maintain a rigorously data-driven approach: forecast with 95 %+ accuracy, document every interaction in Salesforce, track leading indicators (pipeline coverage, stage conversion, MEDDICC health), and iterate weekly on territory plans to exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets.
- • Evangelize Glean at industry events, executive roundtables, and customer advisory boards, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the emerging Work AI category while simultaneously capturing high-intent leads and expanding personal brand equity.
- • Provide closed-loop feedback to marketing on campaign performance, to product on feature gaps and roadmap priorities, and to executive leadership on competitive intelligence and market signals, ensuring the entire company benefits from frontline insights.
- • Mentor and up-level junior sellers and SDRs through call shadowing, deal-strategy workshops, and pipeline-inspection sessions, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across the revenue organization.
- • Champion post-sale success by partnering with Customer Success to drive seamless onboarding, executive business reviews, and expansion plays, turning every new logo into a multi-year growth account and enthusiastic reference customer.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS closing experience with consistent million-dollar-plus ARR attainment against quota
- • Proven ability to navigate and sell to Fortune 1000 companies with complex matrixed decision-making processes
- • Demonstrated fluency in value-based selling methodologies (MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, etc.)
- • Strong executive presence and communication skills—comfortable presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- • Experience selling AI, search, knowledge management, or productivity platforms is a strong plus
