  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive at SailPoint, you will drive revenue growth by selling the company’s industry-leading Identity Security solutions to enterprise customers across North Carolina, playing a critical role in protecting organizations from identity-based cyber risks.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include exceeding quarterly and annual revenue quotas, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating with marketing and channel partners to develop targeted campaigns, leading virtual teams of presales, professional services, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate Salesforce hygiene and forecasting.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise sales strategy, competitive positioning against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, territory planning, and executive-level stakeholder engagement, while earning enablement badges like '1st Mate' and 'Captain' and advancing your career through structured 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, and 6-month milestones tied to pipeline growth, account planning, and sales execution excellence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas in enterprise software or technology sales, preferably in identity, security, or IAM solutions.
  • • Strong ability to communicate complex technical value propositions clearly and persuasively to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • • Experience leading virtual, cross-functional teams including presales, professional services, partners, and customer success to win complex deals.
  • • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales productivity tools (e.g., Clari) for forecasting, pipeline management, and activity tracking.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a sales-related field preferred but not required.
  • • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for customer engagements and internal collaboration.
