  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive for the Northeast region, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, relentless prospecting, and consultative selling to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of enterprise procurement by bringing Zip's transformative solution to market.
  • • You will operate as a true closer, a trusted advisor, and a product consultant, engaging with prospects daily to demonstrate the immense ROI and efficiency of the Zip platform. Your success will be measured by your ability to understand customer pain points, articulate Zip's value proposition, and guide clients through a value-based sales process that results in closed deals.
  • • This is a hunter role, where you will be provided with a healthy pipeline of qualified leads from our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and marketing initiatives. However, a significant part of your success will come from your proactive prospecting efforts, leveraging your existing network, and strategically identifying and engaging with key decision-makers to overcome obstacles and open new doors within target accounts.
  • • You will serve as a product evangelist, deeply understanding the Zip platform's capabilities and articulating how it addresses current procurement challenges. Crucially, you will also be able to articulate the vision for Zip's future product roadmap, positioning us as a long-term strategic partner for our clients.
  • • As a builder within an early-stage, hyper-growth company, your contributions will extend beyond individual sales achievements. You will play a vital role in shaping our sales culture, sharing best practices, and actively contributing to the development and refinement of our sales processes. Your adaptability and flexibility will be key as we continue to scale and innovate.
  • • Your responsibilities will include becoming a product expert, mastering the Zip platform through comprehensive training and hands-on experience to the point of being demo-ready. You will also develop deep expertise in the procurement market, understanding its nuances, challenges, and the significant opportunities for disruption that Zip addresses.
  • • You will leverage cutting-edge sales intelligence and engagement tools to effectively prospect, manage complex deal cycles, nurture relationships, and ultimately close new enterprise customers. This includes utilizing tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to optimize your workflow and maximize your impact.
  • • The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual who is motivated to consistently perform at a high level without constant supervision. You are organized, highly efficient with your time, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You are adept at managing multiple priorities and maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • • You will be expected to go the extra mile to ensure the success of our customers, the company, your team, and yourself. This includes a commitment to continuous learning, proactive problem-solving, and a dedication to achieving ambitious goals. A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent level of practical experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of proven closing experience in enterprise-level technology SaaS sales.
  • • Demonstrated self-drive and intrinsic motivation to achieve top performance daily.
  • • Exceptional organizational skills, time efficiency, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
