  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Optro, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling the company’s industry-leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform to large public and private organizations across the Northeastern United States. This role is critical to Optro’s continued expansion, as you will engage directly with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies to solve complex governance, risk, and compliance challenges through tailored, high-value solutions.
  • • You will execute full-cycle sales activities including territory planning, pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and deal closure, with a focus on both net-new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell strategies. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently exceed ambitious quarterly and annual quotas in the $1.3M–$1.7M range while navigating complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying customer pain points, delivering compelling product demonstrations via video conference and onsite visits (with 25%-30% travel required), collaborating with SDRs/BDRs, Product Solutions, and Value Architects to strengthen sales motions, and partnering with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions and high customer satisfaction post-close.
  • • You will work closely with executive stakeholders such as CCOs, CAOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, EVPs, and SVPs to co-create business cases that drive organizational adoption of Optro’s platform, while also developing and nurturing relationships with key partners in the Big 4 and boutique accounting and advisory firms to amplify business development efforts.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Senior Manager or higher in a Risk Advisory practice (risk management, internal audit) of a Big 4 firm, OR 7+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years selling enterprise/B2B SaaS solutions
  • • Proven track record of ranking among the top 10% of salespeople in your current role, with consistent achievement of quarterly and annual quotas exceeding $1.3M–$1.7M
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
