- • Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively building a book of business through outbound sales, identifying target ICP accounts, managing the full sales cycle from demo to close, maintaining an active pipeline, becoming a product expert, and applying sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and SPICED to drive revenue.
- • The team is part of a fast-growing, founder-led R&D company with a strong PLG motion, where the Account Executive will work closely with founders and GTM leadership to shape enterprise sales strategy and processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a closing, quota-carrying sales role with a consistent track record of exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- • Technical competency to understand CodeRabbit’s AI-powered code review software and effectively engage highly technical prospects and stakeholders
- • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or Command of Message, and ability to manage complex sales cycles
