📋 Description

  • n8n is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead our growth in the Northern Europe region, encompassing the UK & Ireland, Nordics, and Benelux.
  • This pivotal role involves owning and expanding a defined enterprise territory, with a primary focus on building a robust sales pipeline and landing net-new logos, while also nurturing and expanding strategic existing accounts.
  • You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for enterprise clients (FTE 2,500+), engaging in a consultative approach to understand complex technical and business needs.
  • The core of your mission will be to uncover customer pain points, articulate how n8n's AI orchestration platform can deliver significant business outcomes, and guide multiple stakeholders through the evaluation and procurement process.
  • Success in this role requires a deep understanding of selling to technical buyers, particularly developers, who represent our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and leverage a structured sales methodology, such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, to ensure predictable and repeatable revenue generation.
  • Your primary objective will be to own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for your assigned Northern Europe enterprise territory.
  • Proactive pipeline generation is crucial, with a target of at least 50% of your pipeline being sourced through your own outbound prospecting efforts and strategic account planning.
  • You will conduct in-depth discovery and qualification sessions, meticulously employing MEDDIC/MEDDPICC principles to uncover customer pain, quantify business impact, map decision-making processes and criteria, and confirm genuine buying signals before forecasting opportunities.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals is a key responsibility, including conducting compelling product demonstrations, facilitating technical validation and evaluations, crafting persuasive proposals, navigating procurement and legal hurdles, and negotiating contracts.
  • A critical aspect of the role is the ability to translate complex technical capabilities of n8n's automation and AI features into tangible business outcomes, demonstrating measurable improvements in efficiency, risk reduction, and speed-to-market for our clients.
  • You will need to expertly orchestrate multi-threaded engagement across various customer stakeholders, including identifying and nurturing champions, engaging technical evaluators, collaborating with security and procurement teams, and influencing economic buyers to maintain deal momentum and mitigate stall risks.
  • Developing and driving Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) with customers will be essential, ensuring clear definition of next steps, milestones, and shared accountability from the initial engagement to the final signature.
  • Maintaining impeccable pipeline hygiene, ensuring forecast accuracy, and meticulously documenting account activities and progress within our CRM (Salesforce) are non-negotiable, coupled with clear and proactive communication regarding any risks or required next steps.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams, including Solutions Engineering, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Customer Success, is vital to accelerate deal cycles and ensure seamless handoffs for post-sale expansion and customer satisfaction.
  • You will act as a brand ambassador for n8n, representing the company at industry events and engaging directly in the market to build credibility with both technical communities and enterprise leadership across Northern Europe, including undertaking necessary customer travel.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of consistent overachievement in quota-carrying Enterprise SaaS sales roles.
  • Proven track record of selling into Northern European enterprises, with existing network and market expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with long sales cycles and rigorous procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in a structured sales methodology such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC for pipeline qualification and forecasting.
  • Fluency in engaging with both C-level executives and technical buyers (e.g., DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops).
  • Strong consultative selling skills, focusing on customer outcomes and tailoring solutions to specific business needs.
