- • Horizon3.ai is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding cybersecurity company. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with a proven history of success in the cybersecurity technology sector, specifically in driving new business acquisition and expanding market share within enterprise accounts. As a remote-first organization, we are looking for an individual who can operate autonomously while maintaining strong connections with our distributed teams.
- • The core mission of this position is to spearhead sales growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise-level opportunities. You will be instrumental in introducing and championing Horizon3.ai's groundbreaking NodeZeroTM platform, a revolutionary solution that empowers organizations to proactively discover and remediate exploitable attack vectors before they can be leveraged by malicious actors. This platform offers autonomous penetration testing and comprehensive assessment operations, designed to scale across complex internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to qualification, conducting compelling product demonstrations, managing proof-of-value engagements, negotiating contracts, and ultimately closing deals. A significant aspect of this role involves building and nurturing robust relationships with Channel Partners, including key resellers in the New York City metropolitan area and surrounding Tri-State region. Pre-existing, strong connections within this partner ecosystem are a critical component of success.
- • You will be expected to consistently exceed ambitious sales quotas, demonstrating a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the unique challenges faced by enterprise clients. This includes effectively communicating the value proposition of our disruptive software solutions and articulating how NodeZeroTM addresses common security pain points such as ineffective tools, alert fatigue, security blind spots, and the high cost and long lead times associated with traditional penetration testing and consulting services.
- • Success in this role requires a proactive approach to sales process management, ensuring meticulous tracking of customer interactions and pipeline progression within our CRM system, specifically Salesforce (SFDC). You will be adept at forecasting accurately and managing the post-proof-of-value return on investment (ROI) process to ensure customer success and retention.
- • Collaboration is key. While you will operate with a high degree of independence, you will also work closely with our distributed sales, support, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Familiarity with modern sales methodologies, such as Challenger Question-Based Selling, and proficiency with sales enablement tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Slack will be highly beneficial.
- • This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate complex enterprise sales environments, understand customer security needs, and position Horizon3.ai as the indispensable partner for proactive cybersecurity. You will be a trusted advisor to C-level executives and security leaders, guiding them towards adopting innovative solutions that enhance their security posture.
